Disappointed

What I ordered and what I got, was two different items. I have three of the same holmes air cleaners in my home and have had them for about five years now. I always order the same filters, HAP 115. For some reason these filters (although the picture shows the correct product) came without the cotton side and are a DOT too big. You have to SQUEEZE the filter into the machine. Very disappointed with my purchase.

These filters are quite expensive compared to the unit itself, and the ones we ordered from this company are the not OEM (orig. equipment mfg). However, they fit and work fine. The shipping was fairly quick and compare to other prices on the web, amazon's price (well actually the seller through amazon) was a good price.

Filters arrived in quickly and in good shape. They are the ones that fit my air purifier. They work fine. I've had no problems with them.
