Product Description: Effective for allergy and asthma sufferers the Healthmate Hega Air Purifier Replacement Filter is easy to replace, requiring only a Philips screwdriver.

Includes outer filter, pre-filter, carbon cloth, HEPA filter to provide the most complete air filtration system. The HEPA filter removes particles as small as 0.3 microns. The pre-filter may also be easily replaced as needed (lifetime of pre-filter is typically 8 to 16 months.

Five year pro-rated warranty offers additional piece of mind. The main filter assembly is backed by this warranty, allowing the owner to receive a new filter assembly at a partial cost if one or another filter in Austin unit fails within the duration period of the pro rated warranty period. This warranty applies to the Austin units used under normal residential conditions only. Typically, this warranty allows owners to receive a new filtration unit (hepa filter plus activated carbon filter plus pre filter) every two or three years at a cost 30 % - 60 % of a new one.
